Anu Sivanesan

An Engineering graduate in Computer Science, she began her career as a software programmer but later transitioned to Recruitment due to a keen interest in Human Resources. With 17 years of recruitment experience, she specialized in Clinical and IT domains, working with small and large industry leaders. Her unique approach leverages networks and social media over traditional job portals to find ideal candidates. She has also contributed to Statistical Forums and played key roles in organizing conSPIC events in 2019 and 2023. In 2023, she proudly sponsored conSPIC.
